Please review our studio rules and regulations which are implemented for the safety and comfort of all of our dancers and parents!

Studio Rules and Regulations

Please carefully review Elite Dance Project's rules and regulations. All of our rules are implemented for the safety of our dancers, as well as to ensure high quality training!

Only Dancers Allowed in Studio

Only dancers are allowed in the studio with the exception of Preschool and Kinderdance parents. Parents are to remain in their cars while waiting for their students to finish class. No waiting will be permitted in the lobby.

Dress Code

Dress code must be followed at all times. Please see our Classes + Dress Code page for specifics. Dancers are to arrive to class on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately with all shoes required for their classes that day. No street shoes allowed outside of the lobby. Dancers are to remove their shoes before entering the studio rooms. Dancers are to stay in their ballet tights and leotards during their ballet days so they do not have to waste time changing between classes. Dancers are to wear all black to all competition rehearsals. Again, if they have a competition rehearsal at some point in their line up of classes, they need to wear that attire to all of their classes that evening to avoid wasting time changing in between classes. Dancers not following dress code will observe classes and be marked absent.

No Phone Zone

Phones are to remain in the dancers den during class. No phones or smart watches are allowed in the studio rooms. No charging of phones or smart watches allowed in the studio. Dancers are not to be on their phones during five minute breaks between class - this time is allotted in the schedule to allow for water and restroom breaks without cutting into valuable class time.

The lobby, studio rooms and dancer's den are under audio and video surveillance to ensure safety and to protect dancer's personal items. Parents can rest assured knowing their dancers are safe and secure in our facility which is protected by a professional security system including door alarms, emergency officials in route with the press of a button, and motion sensors at each entrance and exit point. The safety of our dancers is priority.
