How We Got Started

Elite Dance Project was founded in 2018 by mother-daughter duo, Lisa and Bella. Lisa and Bella have been involved in the dance industry for 20 years, and have developed a love and passion for the art of dance. The two wanted to bring technique, accomplished instructors, and a strong competitive program to the small town of Lapeer. They believe that all dancers deserve to learn proper ballet technique from experienced and educated instructors, as well as have the chance to join a fierce competitive team, and nobody should have to drive hours for it! In just five dance seasons, Bella and Lisa have trained countless students and have watched their dancers accomplish incredible things. They have made a name for their studio in the competitive dance world in such a short amount of time and plan to continue to do so! Lisa and Bella have created a family oriented and inviting dance studio based on encouragement and positivity! They can't wait to share their love for dance with children for years to come.
